The Crest Gates were fitted to the existing wall 2 years ago and will double the holding capacity of the dam to supply water to the rapidly growing population of Hervey Bay.
The Fraser Coast Fish Stocking Assocation will be stocking more fish into the dam this Saturday so if your in the area come out and have a look at the dam and the fish stocking.
