Shunji returned to Hervey Bay for some more sportfishing action, this time with his friend Mausi.
Both are keen sport fishermen and good anglers they had some great fun with the local Trevally population with plenty of action and several double hookups and a few wipeouts on unseen fish.

Once again this year the Guys from Mayfly Tackle made their way up to Queensland for their anual trade run to display the gear they have on offer to tackle outlets.
They have a wide range of products they distribute throughout the country and are the sole importers of Scientific Anglers fly lines and Scott Fly Rods along with Innovator rods and WaterWorks/Lamson Fly reels to name a few.
I'm very pleased to announce I now have Scott fly rods and Innovator fly rods along with spin and plug rods as well as Waterworks and Scientific Angler Large Arbor reels for clients to use.

With another weekend of Strong Wind Warnings and another canceled charter for the saltwater due to it and the anglers not wanting to fish freshwater, I headed up to Monduran dam to do some more research and development so when I have clients that want to fish the dam I have a good idea on where fish are and find new areas that show potential.
