It's been about a year since Pete's last trip due to work commitments with his business Jim's Cleaning here in Hervey Bay.
He had a great day with perfect weather conditions and the Longtails were in the mood to eat.
He got to sight cast most of the fish he hooked as they cruised the surface looking for bait fish and it was simply a matter of sighting a fish and putting the offering in front of them and they would eat it!!
He landed a heap of fish on fly,snapbacks and surface poppers and there were a few lost as well and we saw the first whale for the season here in Hervey Bay.
Pete it was great to have you out on the Bay again mate and guiding you onto some memorable visual hookups on the Long tails.
