With a strong Southerly change predicted we thought it was going to be tough fishing, but with Barra fishing in the lakes persistence is the key to success.
He landed some good fish on both styles of tackle but it was the Barra he landed using the DK Dancer fly on the Innovator Velocity 8 weight fly rod and the Waterworks reel spooled with Scientific Anglers Striped Bass line he enjoyed the most.
Catching meter barra on fly is awesome fun
