The guys had a great time catching a variety of Trevally with several double hookups, along with a nice big Cobia,Scarlet Perch, small Snapper and Mackerel.

A quick pic before being sent on it's way to fight again one day.

All the fish were taken on 5 inch Terminator Snapbacks,5 inch Gulp Shads rigged on TT jig heads, Innovator Nitro rods and deep fly using the Sicientific Angler Blue Water Express Line a great line for this style of fishing.

Rob is a good mate and fly fisherman and has caught many different species on fly but this was his first Cale Cale trevally.

These are one of my favourite species of Trevally on fly they fight well and the colours on the fish as they come to the surface are amazing.

They have the most unusual mouth and the tip of their tounge and bottom lip is chrome like along with the most of their body and they are too good to be only caught once.

Guys it was great fun having you on board for the day and guiding you onto some good fish.

Paul
